The Oakbridge HOA is governed by Chapter 720 of the Florida Statutes, also known as the Florida Homeowners’ Association Act.
The Florida Statutes define the “governing documents” of the community to include the articles of incorporation, declaration of covenants and the bylaws. The rules and regulations are another important HOA document.
