As part of the larger Sawgrass Players Club community, Oakbridge residents have access to plenty of recreation and many of the options are within walking distance.
Pool & Park
At The Coves Pool, you’ll find a regulation-size swimming pool, a children’s wading pool, and newly refreshed bathroom facilities. Lounge in shaded or sunny spots at your leisure.
At “Players Park”, just inside the entrance, you’ll find:
- A Tot Lot and playground for the little ones
- A pavilion with picnic tables
- A basketball court and a sand-volleyball court
- A large grassy field that can be used for baseball, soccer and other sports
- A roughly quarter-mile, six-foot-wide concrete path that loops around the park — great for a stroll or jog.
Tennis, Golf & Dining
Nearby “The Yards”, a privately-owned club, features a tennis club and a recently redesigned golf course. Plus, inside the clubhouse you’ll find the 3 Palms Grille restaurant and bar with a lovely patio view.
Golf fans are especially well-served: Sawgrass Players Club is home to the legendary TPC Sawgrass Stadium Course (site of the famous tournament) and the sister course, the Dye’s Valley Course.
