About The Oakbridge Homeowner's Association
The Oakbridge Homeowner Association (HOA), known as the subassociation, is a non-profit corporation formed in accordance with the deed covenants and restrictions that apply to each of the properties with Oakbridge. The subassociation is responsible for addressing neighborhood issues and concerns as well as rule enforcement. Dues are paid for maintenance of common area and property in addition to the administrative costs within the neighborhood. All homeowner's pay the same dues, which are determined annually by the HOA board and finance committee. The seven-member elected board of directors meets monthly, at a minimum. The board is supported by committees that concentrate on various neighborhood concerns such as landscaping, operations, maintenance and covenants.
All properties are also part of the Sawgrass Players Club Association, known as the master association. Oakbridge homeowner's also pay master dues. The master association is responsible for repair and maintenance of the Sawgrass Player's Club common property, controlled access and gatehouse operations, pump house operations, and master roadways and sidewalks.
Marsh Landing Managment Company manages the property under the purview of the Oakbridge subassociation.
