What voting rights does the Oakbridge HOA entitle me to?
For each Oakbridge unit, the owner(s) are entitled to one vote.
Do I have to pay rent or land-use fees to use recreational or other common facilities?
No — there are no additional fees for accessing the common facilities.
Is the Oakbridge HOA involved in any court cases where its liability could exceed $100,000?
No — there are currently no such pending cases.
If I live in Oakbridge, am I required to be a member of any other association? What are the details?
Yes — Owning a unit in Oakbridge means you’re also a member of the Sawgrass Players Club Master Association.
- For that association, the owner(s) of each unit receive one vote.
- Assessments for that association are paid semi-annually, and the amount may change. Special assessments (for major repairs or capital improvements) are also possible.

How much are my assessments to the Oakbridge HOA, and when are they due?
The assessments are charged per house/property, and are paid semi-annually. Special assessments may apply for things like major repairs or capital improvements. For the current amount, please contact the property manager.
What are the leasing or rental restrictions on my unit in Oakbridge?
The following rules apply:
- Minimum initial rental period is six (6) months.
- No short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb or VRBO) are allowed.
- No individual room rentals — you may rent only the whole residence, and it must be occupied only by the tenant, their family, and non-paying social guests.
- No sub-leasing.
- These restrictions do not apply when the residence is being leased in direct connection with its sale.
- Exception: During the week of the THE PLAYERS Championship golf tournament, some rental regulations may be relaxed.
