Yes, you are also a member in the Sawgrass Players Club Master Association.

The owner or owners of a single Oakbridge HOA unit shall collectively be entitled to one vote for that Sawgrass Players Club HOA unit.

Sawgrass Players Club HOA assessments are paid semi-annually. Please be aware the assessment amount is subject to change. Special assessments for items such as capital improvements or major repairs are also possible.

Oakbridge HOA assessments of $230.00 per unit are paid semi-annually. Please be aware this is subject to change.

(Note: This information is dated January 1, 2020.)

  • There is a minimum initial rental period of six (6) months.
  • No Airbnb or VRBO type rentals are allowed.
  • No individual room rental is allowed. Entire residences can be rented provided occupied only by the tenant, his/her family and non-paying social guests.
  • No sub-leasing.
  • These rental restrictions do not apply to situations directly associated with the sale of a residence.

Currently, the only exception to these rental regulations is during the week of THE PLAYERS Championship golf tournament.
