General FAQs for Non-Residents

For each Oakbridge unit, the owner(s) are entitled to one vote.

No — there are no additional fees for accessing the common facilities.

No — there are currently no such pending cases.

Yes — Owning a unit in Oakbridge means you’re also a member of the Sawgrass Players Club Master Association.

  • For that association, the owner(s) of each unit receive one vote.
  • Assessments for that association are paid semi-annually, and the amount may change. Special assessments (for major repairs or capital improvements) are also possible.

The assessments are charged per house/property, and are paid semi-annually. Special assessments may apply for things like major repairs or capital improvements. For the current amount, please contact the property manager.

The following rules apply:

  • Minimum initial rental period is six (6) months.
  • No short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb or VRBO) are allowed.
  • No individual room rentals — you may rent only the whole residence, and it must be occupied only by the tenant, their family, and non-paying social guests.
  • No sub-leasing.
  • These restrictions do not apply when the residence is being leased in direct connection with its sale.
  • Exception: During the week of the THE PLAYERS Championship golf tournament, some rental regulations may be relaxed.
