Our History
In 1973, developers Paul and Jerome Fletcher bought 5,300 acres west of A1A from Land Corporation of America. The property included an 18-hole golf course as well as an apartment complex, both called Thousand Oaks. When the Fletchers submitted a development plan, it called for 14,000 modular homes.
Our Community
The Oakbridge neighborhood is located in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL within the gates of the Sawgrass Player's Club. Our community is comprised of 353 smaller and medium sized single-family homes on quarter-acre lots. We are conveniently located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway.
Our Recreation Facilities
Sawgrass Players Club has a variety of recreational amenities available to all Oakridge residents and many are within walking distance of the Oakbridge neighborhood. The Coves Pool has a regulation size swimming pool, children's wading pool and newly renovated bathroom facilities.
