Bylaws

The HOA is set up as a non-profit corporation (see Articles of Incorporation) established to manage the community. Like any other corporation, the HOA is governed by a board of directors and a set of rules called bylaws.

The Bylaws govern how the HOA operates and describes things such as membership voting rights, board of director elections, how often HOA meetings are held, meeting procedures, duties of the board of directors, term length for board members, board officers, and association committees to include the Architectural Review Board (ARB).
