Rentals

Listed below is a high-level summary of the Oakbridge rental regulations approved by a majority of homeowners in March 2018.

  • No rentals less than 6 months.
  • No individual room rental allowed.
  • No sub-leasing.
  • Owner has to provide Oakbridge the lease within 10 days of execution.
  • Owner is responsible to give tenants copies of the Oakbridge governing documents, rules and regulations and policies.
  • Oakbridge can terminate any lease due to major or repeated minor violations by tenant.
  • Owner's right to lease can be suspended up to 12 months if non-compliant.

There is an exception to the 6 months minimum during the week of THE PLAYERS Championship.

Please note the restriction regarding the term of rentals does not apply to situations directly associated with the sale of a residence.

It is the homeowner's responsibility to be familiar with the actual regulations.

The leasing regulations are defined in Article VIII, Section 15 of the Revived Declaration of Covenants.
